Linking a bank does not mean every deposit method supports it; the list offered on each deposit screen can be shorter. The same bank list is used for withdrawals.

Add a bank account and verify your name

1. Open My Bank AccountProfile, then My Bank Account, then Add New Bank.
2. Choose the bank and enter the account numberThe account must be in your own name and enabled for online transactions.
3. Submit and wait for verificationThe app shows that KYC is being processed. Once approved you can withdraw and claim the welcome credit.

Once added, bank details cannot be edited by you; contact customer service for changes. You can register up to three accounts, and an account rejected three times cannot be submitted again.

How to deposit by bank transfer

1. Tap DepositFrom the home screen or the Wallet Services sheet.
2. Select Bank Transfer and your bankAIPLAY shows the account number to pay into. Pay only into the account shown on your own screen.
3. Make the transfer in your banking appThe sender name must match your registered full name. Note your phone number in the reference for faster matching.
4. Upload the receiptReturn to AIPLAY and upload the transfer receipt within three hours; later receipts are voided except during bank maintenance.
5. Enter the amount and choose a bonusType the amount transferred, pick a bonus or No Bonus, and submit.

How to deposit with AiPay, FPay or QR

1. Tap DepositChoose AiPay Online Banking, Instant-FPay Online Banking or QR payment.
2. Enter the amountFrom RM10 for AiPay and QR, RM30 for FPay.
3. Choose your bank and submitFPay also asks for your full name.
4. Complete the paymentLog in to your bank on the gateway page, or scan the QR code with your banking app.
5. Stay on the pageIf you leave before it finishes, complete the payment in your banking app and send the reference to live chat so it can be matched. Do not pay twice.

How to deposit USDT

1. Tap Deposit and choose USDTThe TRC-20 network is used.
2. Enter the ringgit amountThe app converts it to USDT at the rate shown.
3. Tap Agree & ContinueA QR code and wallet address appear.
4. Send the USDT within 30 minutesScan the QR or copy the address into your wallet; transfers after the window are not matched automatically.

How to withdraw from AIPLAY

1. Open WithdrawMenu, then Withdraw, or Wallet Services, then Withdraw.
2. Transfer game credit back to your walletUse Credit Summary, then Transfer All Out, if your balance is inside a game.
3. Enter the amountFrom RM100 up to the available amount shown; the screen displays an upper limit.
4. Choose the bank accountSelect one of your verified accounts or add a new one.
5. Enter your PIN and submitThe request appears under Transaction with its status.

Withdrawal rules

Transfers between members and the turnover reset

You can send credit to another member by username or by scanning their QR code. The transfer screen has a “Reset turnover requirement” toggle: leave it off and the turnover moves with the credit; switch it on and your own turnover resets to zero. AIPLAY’s tutorial warns that transferring before you have met your turnover resets it, so finish the requirement first.

Why a withdrawal is held

• Bank verification is still being processed, or the account name does not match your AIPLAY name.
• Turnover on your deposit or on an active bonus is not yet met.
• The request was made during the maintenance window or is the fourth of the day.
• Credit is still inside a game wallet rather than your main wallet.
• The bank account was rejected; after three rejections it cannot be used.
