Where to log in
The account app lives at myaiplay.club. On the home screen, tap Login Now! under “Welcome Back” at the top left, or Login in the bottom bar. AIPLAY’s marketing site, myaiplayclub.com, links to the same app; it does not have a separate login of its own.
Before typing your password, check that the address bar shows myaiplay.club. If you reached a login page from a message or a social-media link, close it and type the address yourself.
How to log in to AIPLAY
- Open myaiplay.clubUse the Log in to AIPLAY button or type the address into your browser. In the Android app or the iPhone shortcut, just open the icon.
- Tap LoginChoose Login Now! at the top of the screen or Login in the bottom bar.
- Enter your phone number and passwordThe country code +60 is pre-selected. Type the number you registered with and your password.
- Tap LoginThe message “You have login successfully” appears and the lobby shows your balance. The first time you open a game, the app asks whether to transfer your balance into it; tap Confirm.
Forgot your password?
- Tap “Forgot password?”The link sits under the login form.
- Enter your registered phone numberAIPLAY sends a one-time code by SMS to that number.
- Enter the codeType the OTP into the field. If it does not arrive, request it again or use the Contact Us link.
- Set a new passwordEnter it twice. The new password must be different from any you used before.
- Log inReturn to the login screen and sign in with the phone number and the new password.
The transaction PIN
Separately from your password, AIPLAY protects wallet actions with a six-digit PIN. The first time you deposit, withdraw or transfer credit the app asks you to create and confirm it. After that, every withdrawal and transfer asks for the PIN. If you forget it, open Profile, choose Reset Pincode, confirm the SMS code sent to your phone and set a new one.
“Your account has login at other device!”
AIPLAY allows one active session per account. When you log in on a second phone or browser, the first session is signed out with this message. If you see it and you did not log in elsewhere, change your password straight away from Profile, then contact support through live chat, WhatsApp or Telegram.
Login error messages and what they mean

Keep your login secure
- Never share your password, OTP or PIN. AIPLAY support does not ask for them.
- Use a password that is unique to AIPLAY and change it if you ever see the other-device message unexpectedly.
- Log out on shared phones. Dark mode and language settings are saved, but a logged-in session gives full wallet access.
- Only pay into the account number shown in your own deposit screen, and keep your transaction references.
Frequently asked questions
Does AIPLAY use a username?
No. Your login ID is the mobile number you registered with. Enter it with the +60 country code pre-selected, then your password.
I changed my phone number. How do I log in?
Contact live chat, WhatsApp or Telegram support from the Support sheet and explain the change. The registered number identifies your account, so support will need to verify you before updating it.
Can I stay logged in on two devices?
No. AIPLAY allows one active session. Logging in on a second device signs the first one out with the message “Your account has login at other device!”.
Is there a login bonus?
