Before you start
- Age and location. AIPLAY is for players aged 18 and over. Check that online gambling is allowed where you live.
- A Malaysian mobile number. The number receives the one-time code and becomes your login ID. AIPLAY does not use usernames.
- A bank account or e-wallet in your own name. Verification compares the name on your AIPLAY account with the name on the bank account. A mismatch is the most common reason a first withdrawal is held.
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts lose their bonuses and can be frozen.

How to register at AIPLAY, step by step
- Open the sign-up pageTap Register at AIPLAY. The page opens at myaiplay.club on the “Create your Account” form with the referral code in the first field.
- Enter your full nameType it exactly as it appears on your bank account. You cannot change it yourself later; corrections go through customer service.
- Set a passwordChoose a strong password and repeat it in Confirm Password.
- Add your mobile numberEnter the number after +60. This is the number you will log in with and the number support uses to find your account.
- Pass the security checksType the secure code from the image. A Cloudflare check runs automatically; wait for it to finish.
- Request and enter the OTPTap the OTP field, wait for the SMS, enter the code and tap Sign Up.
- Log inThe message “Congratulations! Your account has been successfully registered” appears. Tap the button to log in with your phone number and password.
After sign-up: add a bank account and verify
Open Profile, then My Bank Account, and tap Add New Bank. Choose your bank from the list of 22 Malaysian banks and e-wallets, enter the account number and submit. The name on the bank account must match your AIPLAY name. In the app’s own words: “Once your bank details have been added and verified, you may claim the free bonus.”
While the check runs, the app shows that your KYC verification is being processed. Three rules apply once a bank account is added: you cannot edit it yourself (contact customer service for changes), you can register up to three bank accounts for withdrawals, and an account that has been rejected three times cannot be submitted again.
The first time you deposit, withdraw or transfer, the app asks you to create a six-digit transaction PIN and confirm it. The PIN can be reset from Profile with an SMS code if you forget it.
Welcome credit for new members
The deposit screen states: “New players who make a first deposit of 20 can claim a FREE 50 bonus. Please contact Customer Service for details before making a deposit.” In practice the offer works like this:
- Deposit RM20 as a new member and receive RM50 for slot games.
- The credit is released only after your bank account has been added and verified.
- It applies to slots only, and one claim per person.
- Winnings must be withdrawn from the same account that claimed the bonus; moving them to another account voids them.
- AIPLAY’s general rule is that turnover must reach at least one times your deposit before any withdrawal. The specific turnover multiplier on the bonus is not printed on the screen.
Before you deposit, ask live chat three things: the turnover multiplier on the RM50 credit, the maximum amount you can withdraw from bonus winnings, and the expiry date. The answers decide whether the offer is worth claiming for the games you play.
Common sign-up problems and fixes

Frequently asked questions
Is AIPLAY registration free?
Yes. Creating an account costs nothing and no deposit is needed to register. Deposits start from RM10 when you are ready to play.
Do I need a referral code to register?
No, but the form accepts one. When you use the Join AIPLAY button on this site the code is filled in for you. It does not cost you anything and does not change your deposit, withdrawal or bonus terms.
Can I register without a bank account?
You can create the account, but you need a verified bank account or e-wallet in your own name before you can withdraw or claim the welcome credit.
Can I use a family member's bank account?
No. AIPLAY only approves deposits from an account registered in the member's own name; a deposit from another name is refunded to the sender. Withdrawals also go only to accounts in your name.
How long does bank verification take?
